  1. the idea for the paint round are from simulitions. Plus i think that a lot of solos would love to go head to head. personaly i think that it would also be a good place to hunt for new tallent.

  2. the edgerunner realising that his baliclava was a little too thin and that some of the glow from his hair was showing felt an impact to the back of his head.

Rabies chuckled to his self as he unrolled a bodybag.

good for hip clubs bad for covert ops.

  3. the killhouse is a variant on those lasertag arenas. only the patrons use specialy modified guns that shoot paint filled wax bullets.

it is located in a warehouse close to the night city airport.

to use the facility one has two options.

    1: buy a membership for 500eb.plus 75eb per match.

    2:pay a 150eb.non-member fee.

all members are given a picture id. and as seen get a discounton matches.

the actual matches consist of ten person teams all hunting each other down.

the teams all wear padded jump suits to help stop injuries to partisapants.in addision to the jumpsuits all players wear cameras to record the events(you can buy your footage at the end of your match.).

the guns you can eather rent at the facility(50eb. each)or have an apropriatly modified gun pass through a house armorer's inspection.(to prevent real shootings.)as for ammunition, you get 3 magazines for a pistol and 5 for an smg. on the other hand the menbers are allowing all non-lethal grenades exept emp(burns out the cameras.).

in addition to the arena the killhouse sells merchandicel by all armermant  related manufacurers.makes it a semi-popular hangout for those who want someone to shoot.

  4. as for tacics might i suggest a few military field manuals. for cyberpunk i would say that gurrila warfare and urban opperations would be the best. that reminds me look for manuals next time i am in a surplus store looking for pants and boots. plus i will say read "what do you mean i can't kill'em" by rad miller. it is a rather accurate look at a special forces unit in combat down to what was worn and who carried what.

the funny thing is that most pc's tend to carry at least 5 times the ammo the unit carried and the pc's get killed so much more often. he he he :uzi:

  5. the to hit bonus not the plus whatever to damage. as someone who has suddied both judo and jujitsu i can say that they do complement each other. both arts use techniques that augment one another. if one used a sacrafice judo throw i can tell you that in the ensuing ground work that bazilian jujitsu gives one an unfair advatage. but in real life experiance will show for somethings say if someone has two to three low level forms and they are fighting someone with one high level form give them penalties. in my game a character maxed out one form and wanted to learn another so i let him. to counter the increased bonuses i increased the difficulty level of the secondary form.that and limits to how many forms one can use tends to cut down on abuse of the martial arts skill

  6. as i have calmed down a bit from the dose of mis quoteing from strawberry. i will say this yes there are insaine people out there with guns. that is why in america it is the most hevely regulated industry in the contry.and yes i come from a differant enviroment that europe. but do not snub those who are differant learn from them.
