  1. I have to admit, the Brits really did do it with style.  Of course they actually wanted to be there.  If we were left alone Americans would all be fighting over what to do with the budget 'surplus' :)

  2. The U.S. is the leader because it is BIG.  The cost for an Iraq campaign?  7.5 billion a month, say 40 billion to reduce the country completely.  Guess what, the US government operates in the TRILLIONS!  40 billion can be covered by rounding errors in math.  It's really unreal.

  3. To Malek,  this is just my personal opinion but: Bill Clinton is an ignorant piece of sub-human filth.  I wish he would just go away.  He was governor of my state for way to long and I really grew to despise the man.  Eight years with him as president was all I could endure.  I was very happy to see him go to New York, now if he would only shut his pie-hole and go away.

There, I've said it and I don't care what the rest of the world thinks of BC    :flame:

  4. I personally don't believe that there will be a huge loss of American life in a war with Iraq.  I also doubt that it will "fan the flames" of anti-Americanism and terrorism any higher either.  I also don't think that democracy and freedom is going to break out all over the Middle East.

  5. I believe that most current body modification is an atavistic form of communication.  If your deep into tattoo culture then different sorts of tats mean different things.  There's a tattoo and piercing place up the street from my business that is one of my clients.  They're all nice guys but tend to disdain "flash" tattoos,  the saying is "flash is trash".  I'm not into tats so I really am not up on the meaning of daggers,  spider webs ,  tears and all that.  I believe the same thing applies to tanning, piercing, body building, branding, scarification and plastic surgery.  My daughter observed some of the most heavily tattooed people had bad teeth.  They spend lots of money on skin art when they have trouble chewing.  I had top have some dental work done and joked with Mark at the tatto place that I was considering getting an American flag on my teeth.  He thought that would be really great.  I didn't do it though.

guess junior is getting another hit from his papa's mess.

I'm sure that President Bush was terribly distressed by the the demostration.  I expect that he'll announce his abdication of the Presidency in favor of the real winner Al Gore any time now.  President Bush simply can't maintain his fascade of competence in light of the pure genius exhibited by Mr. Gore.

How about the war on terror and the Axis of Evil leaves the US broke?

That dog won't hunt.  The US can trash the "Axis of Evil" and any other Axis that anyone cares to invent for pocket change.  Creative accounting techniques and screwy government "corrections" will do a lot more to trash the economy.

I was sitting back reading various bits n pieces from the site and i was wondering. If you were the Absolute world ruler in 2020 what would be one thing you would decree. For example

If i ruled the world in 2020. Nobody over the age of 50 (if there is anyone that old alive in 2020.) would be able to drive a vehicle. As they are just too old to drive at the speed limit. Let alone be able to conduct road rage at other people. As they would probarbly be to busy trying to work out which end the bullets go into their guns, as they putt along down the major highway.

well thats just me. But how about everyone shares their view.

Age and treachery will always overcome youth and enthusiasm. :flame:

Are you kidding!? All our press does is sit around and tell us how bad we are (except for GIs in a popular war, little pretty white girls, and athletic human interest stories).

It's kinda like being Catholic, only most people simply ignore the guilt.

Which I guess is still kinda like being Catholic.... ;)

Amen to that,  the US press is always happy to tell us citizens that we are dumber, meaner and dirtier that the Europeans.

"Hay ho! Hay ho! Let´s go!"

Anyone who´d sponsor me a new passport? Right now my run-away instincts are fairly intact.  ;)

If you are ever in Key West, Florida you can get a "Conch Republic" passport.  The Conch Republic was originally a protest by the "Conchs" against Customs blocking the bridge.  They 'seceded' and started issuing passports and generally acting like they were serious.  Now foreign tourist get the passports and actually use them.  The secession wasn't serious of course.  Southerners long ago found out that secession is a bad idea. ;)
