From what little I can understand they seem to make their burgers from adorable raccoons. Finally a use for the little buggers.

Your blog on the various forms and reasons for Balkanizing a cyberpunk world is excellent. Well done. I'll be reading the rest.

Gazprom & Rosneft, the gigantic Russian state-owned gas & oil monopolies, are together basically SovOil.

Very cool technology, I'll have to use this in my games. Thanks for the link.

Sorry to hear about all the medical hardship, guys. Keep on truckin into the cyberpunk future and hope y'all feel better.

It wasn't me I didn't do it. I have about a dozen Ladies who are willing to swear that I was in bed with them at the time.
Robot ladies? Gynoids can be hacked to lie.

2014 will probably have our first war with China, the way things are heading.
More robots. More drones. Slightly less surveillance by our government, more by foreign governments.
Less cyberware, more bioware.

Looks cool, 8/10, would bang.
I mean read. I definitely meant read.

I'd like to support this, but even if they hit $500,000 I don't think that's enough money for the kind of ambitious, professional game they want to make. They'd need 10x that amount, and that's not happening.

But since I'm planning to finally utilise the NearWar setting (my own vision of Poland 2020, heavily influenced by "Status 7" comic books - a pity there were only 2 of them made...), I don't really give a damn
That's sounds very intredasting. Do tell more.

Yes, and here it is!
Thanks kindly!

Is the whole thing archived somewhere for general viewing?

has good pedigree from producers (Fringe), man I'd love this one do do a 5 season arc.
Cool, will check this out. The premise looks identical to Total Recall 2070, an early-2000s show that was more Blade Runner than Total Recall. I'm already watching Continuum, yet another tv show with a very similar premise. What's with cyberpunk tv shows being all about cops? I thought the punk part was about fighting The Man and his Pig Enforcers and whatnot? How did cyberpunk become Elite Force 2000?

Megatokyo Visual Novel startup
This thing started up really fast and is meeting goals at an insane rate. MT is somewhat CP and I know some people here have followed it so I thought I'd throw it out there for your consideration
For a minute there I thought you were talking about NeoTokyo the FPS. Oh well.

That looks Totally Rad! Nice outfits, like the styling.

"Hacking Your Tactical Kit" right next to "How to Arouse a Woman". Okay, then!
Nice link, will explore this later.

If you can find it the comic Titanium Rain by Josh Finny set in 2031 with china in a civil war and the US and its allies involvement. Its mostly told from the POV of the first cyberneticly enhanced fighter pilots but is full of nifty background info as well. part two has been promised since forever but nothings been announced, worth a read if just for the aircraft (manned aircraft made a comeback when electronic warfare became capable of interfering with combat UAVs).
Fantastic comic, thanks for the tip, I hadn't seen this one.

Sounds like Orbital Resonance, a novel by John Barnes.

4shared wants registration to download the file. Could you post it to something that's open? Maybe http://www.speedyshare.com/ or whatever? Thanks. Looks interesting.

Looks good. I especially like the final tag of "coming: when it's ready"
Which translates to "Coming in 2015, 2016 if we're feeling lazy."
At least I'll have Shadowrun Returns and Project Eternity to tide me over until Cyberpunk is released.

Here it is, choombattas:
Nice MAX-TAC details.

Anything that involves calculating fractions will not speed the game up for the average party.

Bummer. Start your own edgerunner agency. Good luck.
Any News On Cyberpunk 2077?

Have there been any new tidbits about the Cyberpunk 2077 video game and/or anything tabletop related?
Did MxMike post anything new on his blog or the CDPR forums? I haven't been around and I like to hope the project is incubating nicely in some post-Soviet bunker converted to a design studio.
