Even if they know exactly what they are wearing, that doesn't mean they are giving the "look" they want to. Ever see a guy all dressed up and looking out of place becuase he doesn't know how to wear what he has? Or maybe the character forgot that his pants are just a few inches too short becuase he didn't pay attention or remember to buy new pants after the leg extension surgery. There is a quick fix to these skills too: in Chromebook 1 they have social lessons that take 6 weeks give a + 2 to a social interaction skill and cost 5000 eb done on your schedule. Lessons could be taken twice to get a total of +4 (but no higher with IP expenditure, with these classes it's part of the time taken and euro paid).

One more thing, were would I post homebrew new tech? For 2020 of course I don't believe v3 is out yet, it's all a lie by the corporation to try and get us to give up the awesomeness that is 2020.

Hello everyone, I'm Niko Kaze, A fan of role playing games in general and cyberpunk 2020 specifically. I was going over the net looking for cyberpunk related things (mainly books that I'm missing) and found the datafortress and it's link to these forums. The stuff on the Fortress impressed me so I thought I see if I couldn't meet/ talk with those on a forum board that produced it. Well it's wonderful to meet everyone.
