On the subject of aimed shots...
How would you feel about having players actually spend at least one round on the "Aim" action? It would really cut down on the aimed shots against people fighting back.

I think you are probably right, except that he can use it as a weapon, witness what he does to Hideo near the end.
I just can't find my copy of Neuromancer right now, but I remember thinking of Hideo in a slightly different light. He's a made-to-order ninja, charged with protecting someone. Call him a total psycho or mr. Cool 12, but he's the one hurting himself. Being bombarded with illusions is a distraction, so he rips out his own eyes. Then he goes after the illusionist.
Well, that's how I understood that part of the book.
