the skill minimums are so taxing, it seems like they assumed anyone playing the class would have attended covert ops school, perhaps dive school, and probably have a chip socket loaded to the gills to get those numbers
-
have you checked the datafortress file project? there's over 20 files on vehicles, many of them archives of old fan sites
-
norton said it was something about an expired certificate
-
yeah, i thought it was fairly good. then again i don't watch much anime

well it's not the LSAT derived bid, but it looks like the army is adopting something from this program which is shocking in itself

speaking of interlock, have you looked at interlock unlimited recently? it's had shield rules in it for like a decade at this point
small [just arm], medium [arm+1] and large[arm+2] shields provide coverage for the arm plus more locations depending on size and how they're held.in ballistic steel variants they have an SP of 15/20/25 and add an EV of +1/+2/+3

yeah, lore and tech wise they kinda locked themselves into sticking with the old baggage when they put 2020, red and 2077 on the same timeline, so the point of divergence stays 1990. without 2077 i'm thinking they would have gone with a fresh start product, but as long as the mechanics are sound we can always fix or ignore the fluff... same as we've been doing since 2020 hit the shelves

so, seems dave ackerman shot his mouth off at a convention prompting this kinda-sorta-not quite confirmation of a red release date ~ June

so the LSAT program morphed into the NGSW, which is one of the 3 submissions vying in the army's latest trials

cool idea
one thing a GM of mine did a few years back was mark up wisdom's extended map in "thinglink". a bunch of the linked content is now broken, one sticking more to official content could be a cool project.

hey CJ...

oh right, there's also the new "deep dive" video from gamescom
-

some might call it a bug, others might say it's a feature, but i noticed the links to the board rules are broken

yeah, from what i read he won't be back on an internet connected device...ever, by order of the Canadian courts

looks so shiny and new, i love it!
also, not sure if it's by design or by accident but this new layout doesn't list area sub-form mods at the top... which has the nice side effect of not needing to see hound's name at the top of general chat any more 👍

at least the SA tells you what it does in mechanical terms. i always hated ones like authority that were all fluff with zero crunch to make them do... anything without gm homebrew
