  2. Pat opened his eyes, then frowned, like he was thinking hard "...hmmmm....Pink Flamingo...Yes, it was Pink Flamingo...f*cking unbelievable sh*thole. Won't be that hard to bully out the room number from the deskclerk...I can't remember the bloody thing" Pat pushed himself from the wall, took a shotgun and started walking "Yo....you" Pat said over his shoulder to Marc "take the ammos and the vests, will ya...what was it? Mat?"
  3. Suddenly Pat woke from his coma-like hang-over type of situation "Bigger weapons? F*ck it.. We need to ambush those f*ckwads....'course we need weapons, but we also need wits to handle this...we can drop 'em with a single shot from our service gun...just one f*cking well placed shot and BANG the f*ck goes down...No rifles, no f*cking anti-aircraft missiles." Pat leaned to rest against the wall, waiting for the sergeant to come back "...words of wisdom,chaps..." Pat smiled and closed his eyes.

Hey Malc, is that Audioslave any good? Because I've heard very negative commentary, but I can't believe that Tom Morello, Brad Wilkin and the Bassist (can't remember the name...and he uses different names...) would do that bad music..

Just thought that this could take place here...My music taste's chanced and I want to know what others listen. In real life. Or your current playlist or something like that...And does any of you guys&gals play in a band? My playlist thingie: 1.Tool - AEnima 2.Tool - Lateralus 3.The Cure - Greatest Hits 4.Oliver - ep 5.King Crimson - Be Happy What You Have To Be Happy With-ep 6.Pink Floyd - The Wall 7.Pantera - Far Beyond Driven 8.RATM - s/t 9.RATM - Battle of Los Angeles 10.Deftones - White Pony 11. Faith No More - King for a Day (Fool for a lifetime) Those are few CDs you'll find laying on my desk (so I'll listen to that..) Then there is Slipknot, more Deftones, Coal Chamber, CMX, Slayer etc. Hmmm...now I wonder the function of this topic...Well, I hope it is good. And I've chanced my attitude towards punk. Just so you know
  6. (Hmmm...haven't been that contributing to this project, but here we go) What if army gave something like +0.5 - +1 points to those few skills (like what Thumper suggested)? I don't know how 0.5 skill point would effect the skill, but it is more likely than +1 or +2 points. And should there be Automatic Skills, which would be round 3 or 4...these would be sort of "free" skills... Blaaaah...well, few suggestions. +Goes away+
  7. I played once in a game where we ended up as gods. But it wasn't easy...and then we had to be responsible gods (but then the GM turned us into NPCs...good call...He wanted to create a pantheon to his world) We could have been über-powerful characters (I could turn invisible and read minds...even finger their thoughts...before we were gods..), but the GM kept the balance (there was a enemy so strong that we could hardly fight it...) Great campain, lots of cool characters and good players...and my character ended up as the God of Death,Love and Music (he was a assassin, his love failed when his woman turned into a god also...she decided that she didn't want to be one...because Gregor-my-man wasn't that honest with her, like she found out ...and me character loved to play his instrument (can't remember what...)) ...and he is the strongest of the gods. Hoorah.
  8. Most realistic view of the future from those films: Strange Days. That movie has it all...Streetlevel, suits, media biz. There is solos, techies, rockers and fixxxers. I'd like to run a game which would have the same feel that Strange Days had. And Strange Days wasn't all dark and gloomy. The world had daytime(*gasp*)! The people were realistic. Yum. Matrix is crap. Doesn't fit my vision. The "true" world was too dark and gloomy (and not believable) and the "false" was like Australia. Sunny and bright. Yagh. Bladerunner might be possible. Far away in the future. But not in 2020. I hope I got your question...
  9. Heh...Julio, I happen to read Blade of Immortal, and I have a access to few episodes of GiTS:stand alone complex. And I can recommend both of those to you all. Truely great stuff. I love the fact that Manji (right?) in BoI isn't that good of a swordman...sure, he is immortal and old, but still he gets whooped around.
  10. Hmmm... Seven - I love it love it love it. Got me thinking (the characters and little details..) Shawshank Redemption - We watched it scene by scene and discussed the meaning of the scenes, and those little details...and I loved it. The Man Who Wasn't There - got me thinking about people who never says anything. People who are not there American Beauty - Little bit like that above. K-Pax - Hmmm...the ending gives a choice and it is...good. Amorres Perros - was goodie. How actions effect. Changing Lanes - Look above. Requiem for a Dream - Well, if I ever think of using heroine I'll watch this movie. Mr.Stitch - Lots of ideas...gotta watch it again.. Memento - Ideas about memory. Great one...gotta watch it again too.. Well...Few I could think of..Now I want to watch more movies! Damn!
  11. I'd like to add Clockwork Orange to my list...be it the sixth of the five.
  12. Krhm...Chrys..I am no expert on this, but: That is a big pile of steaming sh*t you've been told...Why can't you just run? You don't have to take a knife to your lungs to make it...duh...

I watched Blade 2 yesterday night...And it wasn't that bad. I was surprised to see that. It took me little time to notice the style, because of the sterile out look of the movie, but it was rather comicbook-like movie...I enjoyed, and I am going to watch the first part too, if there is the style too... I was little bit annoyed because Wesley Snipes is no Jet Li...he is quite stiff, and even I could do most of the moves he did (tricks without wires, thank you..) And then I watched movie called Hedwig and the Angry Inch....humorous, sad and original movie about a east-berlin boy who goes through operation to become a woman...and moves to U.S and....Glam-rockish and fun. Tomorrow we are going to watch Minority Report and Resident Evil (yes, it is a mainstream night for us ) so more then, I hope.
  14. Hmm...I think I put list out, but... ...hard one..I am trying to stick in the "cyberpunk" cyberpunk movies... (not in any order...except for the first one) 1) Strange Days 2)Ghost in the Shell (I saw the first episode of the Stand Alone Complex...kick arse..) 3)Blade Runner 4)mr.Stitch 5)Face/Off ....okay, I just had to offer some different views to this... ..and I admit Nirvana is cyber, but it sucks donkeys nuts IMHO... I have to watch it again of course, to gather all the ideas and maybe chance my opinion.

Escape from LA? Really? Okay,it had cyberpunkis feel, but c'mon! I'd rather watch snuffporno than that...or frigging teletubbies. I don't know about escape from NY..haven't seen it..haven't come cross with it..Should watch it.Meep. Eh...Movie poor weekend.Only one movie, and that from the middle of it...and that would be: Rocky Horror Picture Show - Ah...Great movie Gotta watch Moulin Rouge, The Wall and that in a row Oh jeah..I've forgotten to mention The Wall......what a great musical type of thing it is...One thing I'd like to have on DVD...I just need the damned thing.

Yeah, that is hilarious in a wicked way...Good movie. Mehr! Mehr! I watched these two movies last night: The Man who wasn't there: Fantastic black'n white film noirish movie from the Coen brothers. Billy Bob Thorton pulls a frigging amazing character. There is also James Gandolfini and that guy from the serie Stark Raving Mad... Naked Lunch: A friend of mine wanted to see this one. It happened that I watched it alone while my friend sleeped...Pretty psychedelic 50s agent story. On surface, that is...It was about drugs and sexuality...Eh...Don't know if it was good...it wasn't bad,but...different. It was different.

I tried to propose that movie-review system few months ago, but no one would listen So now I'll just post under the Movies topic when I watch a movie and if I have something to tell about it...

To Bunnycakes: I am studying movies, and I know how to make one. I was just saying that it is hard for me to write a script. I can't put my mind to it. I have the basic plot done and sh*tload of cool background things, details and scenes, which are absolutely obsolete Ugh. Movies: We were soldiers - Eeh...somewhat good movie, especially liked the old fart, who was so cool. Others were shooting with their M-16, lying down, while he was shooting people with his pistol and standing up proudly...cooooool. K-Pax - different what I expected....In a very good way. I knew it would be a god movie, but this good...yei. Lost Highway - Nightmarish movie by David Lynch. Good movie, required two viewing times from me to catch the plot. And as you may have noticed non of those movies were cyber....just the three movies I've watched yesterday and day before yesterday.
  22. I started reading Frank Miller's Sin City yesterday. I am *so* in love with that comic now (and did that sound *so* teeny?)....also Miller's Hard Boiled is worth of reading... I've also dragged into Sandman's wonderful world...And Preacher..oooh...waiting for the next issue... Agh.I don't care about manga that much...Too hyped out and...dunno...worn. Little now and then won't hurt me (especially when both of my roomies are manga/anime fans and many of my friends are too...)

Uh. You don't decide camera angles or lights when you write script. Camera angles and picture sizes are decided when you do the imageboard-thingie. And before you do the script you'll have to do the characters, which helps to write so that those characters act like they are supposed to. .......again,I am planning this to be my job someday........
  24. EMP. Even their mr.Studds froze They weren't PGs. I just wanted to...you know...shoot the Nah. They survived. Use their cyberware against them. Or waste them simply. They trip on the stairs (how wicked is that? After a long and difficult op they come home and *slip* they fall to the staircase and rumble rumble down the stairs, breaking their necks. )

Quote Bullet, I could do the subtitles. That'd be cool. Do they teach you to do things like that? Too bad I noticed that script writing is rather difficult...I'll do the raft, then if the actors would like to work with me on that script.
